Yes. Most office cleans happen before you open or after you close, so your team isn't disrupted. We work 7 days a week, 7am to 7pm.

How do you keep the standard consistent? ▾

Every office gets a written cleaning checklist, agreed at the walkthrough, and every Saltys cleaner is trained to our standard. You also have a direct line to the owners, Mat and Aly, if anything ever needs attention.

How much does office cleaning cost? ▾

It depends on the size of your office, how often you need us and what's included. After a free walkthrough we'll give you a clear, written scope and an upfront price, with no hidden costs.

Can we trial Saltys before committing? ▾

Yes. New commercial clients start with a 3-month trial, so you can see our standard, reliability and communication in your own office before moving to a longer-term agreement.

How do keys, swipe cards and alarms work? ▾

We agree an access process with you during the walkthrough, whether that's keys, swipe cards or alarm codes, and treat your premises and security with care.

Are you insured? ▾

Yes. We are fully insured for public liability and police checked, and happy to provide certificates on request.

Do you bring your own products and equipment? ▾

Yes. We bring everything needed, using effective, eco-conscious products. Bathroom consumables such as toilet paper and hand soap are usually refilled from your supplies, or we can supply and restock them for you as an add-on.
