Saltys The Cleaning Crew ("Saltys", "we", "us") is a small, locally owned cleaning business on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. We respect your privacy and only collect the information we need to respond to you and look after your cleaning.

When you contact us, request a quote or book a clean, we may collect:
- your name, phone number and email address
- your suburb or site address, and details about your property or premises
- your business name, if you're enquiring about commercial cleaning
- anything else you choose to tell us, such as access instructions or special requirements
Our website also records basic information about how you found us (for example, the page you landed on or the ad you clicked) so we know which of our marketing is working.
We use Google Analytics to understand how people use our website, such as which pages are visited and how our instant pricing calculator is used. It uses cookies and collects information like your approximate location, device and browser, but not your name or contact details. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Enquiries submitted through this website are stored in our customer management system and email, provided by trusted third-party software services. Some of these services may store data outside Australia. We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure and only give access to the people who need it to serve you.
Who we share it with
We don't sell or rent your personal information. We only share it with service providers who help us run the business (such as our software, accounting and payment providers), or where required by law.
