        How our bond cleaning pricing works

        Is this the price I'll pay?▾
        It's an indicative price based on your home and what you've told us. Homes with the same layout can differ a lot, so we'll confirm your price with you before we book. The home needs to be empty, with power and water on.
        What's the Agent Support Guarantee?▾
        If your agent raises cleaning items we covered, we come back and fix them free of charge. It covers cleaning only, not damage, wear and tear, pests, carpets or anything outside the checklist, and it isn't a guarantee you'll get your bond back.
        Is there a minimum?▾
        Yes, each clean is at least 3 hours, so smaller homes may see a minimum booking line in their quote.
        Do I need to supply products?▾
        No. We always bring our own products and equipment.
        Do you steam clean carpets or do pest control?▾
        No. If your lease asks for carpet steam cleaning or a flea treatment, book a carpet cleaner or pest controller for after our clean. We're happy to recommend local ones.
        What's the quality check?▾
        After every bond clean, a Saltys team member checks the work against your agent's exit checklist before you hand back the keys. It's included in the price.
        Does the price include GST?▾
        Yes. Your total includes GST. Each item is shown before GST, with GST added as its own line.
