        How our builders cleaning pricing works

        Is this the price I'll pay?▾
        It's an indicative price based on your home and what you've told us. Sites with the same layout can differ a lot, so we'll confirm your price with you before we book. The site needs power and water on.
        Rough, final or touch-up?▾
        A rough clean clears debris and dust between trades. A final clean is the full top-to-bottom clean, ready for handover. A touch-up is a once-over before inspection, after a final clean. Need more than one? Request each and we'll schedule them.
        Is there a minimum?▾
        Yes, each clean is at least 3 hours, so smaller homes may see a minimum booking line in their quote.
        Do I need to supply products?▾
        No. We always bring our own products and equipment.
        Do you take away rubbish?▾
        No. Building waste and offcuts go in the builder's skip before we start. We clean, and bag the dust and small debris we collect.
        Do you work with builders regularly?▾
        Yes. If you're a builder with ongoing jobs, tell us in the notes and we'll set up a regular arrangement.
        What's the quality check?▾
        After every builders clean, a Saltys team member checks the work room by room before handover. It's included in the price.
        Does the price include GST?▾
        Yes. Your total includes GST. Each item is shown before GST, with GST added as its own line.
